We understand that eyeglasses are a difficult thing to buy without trying on first, so returns on frames are accepted free of charge (in the USA) within 14 days of delivery for unworn & unused products. International return fees will be calculated on a case by case basis, and we cannot reimburse you for any import duties/taxes that the item required you to pay to enter your country.
To begin a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number stating whether you would like a return or an exchange. Returned items must be sent back with all of their original packaging and in a protective outer box. Once a return arrives, it will take a couple of days for us to confirm that the item was returned undamaged and in pristine condition--every frame is personally inspected prior to initial shipment to ensure that nothing goes out with a defect/damage, so if something off is seen on an item it will not be accepted as it will be deemed to be at your fault. We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but it may take up a week after it’s delivered back to us for your item to be refunded.
All items purchased on sale are final sale. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for any reason for pieces not purchased directly through our website.
