All orders of glasses within the USA are shipped free of charge via USPS First Class Mail and will take 3-7 business days to reach your address. Please allow three to five business days for your order to ship, and remember to keep an eye on your email for a tracking number.


All orders will be shipped out via USPS as it remains the most cost effective and reliable postal method. Shipping rates are calculated on a case-by-case basis for your country. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered--please be aware of this before ordering! We cannot refund orders where the item was sent back to us because you do not want to pay the import costs, this is a firm policy. We also cannot be held responsible for any orders that are delayed or go missing in your country. USPS may or may not provide extended tracking for international shipments--it depends on the country. Please know that when you place an order from outside of the US, you assume all risks of international shipping.

Lost Packages

In the case that a package goes missing in transit, Frames of Mind cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestically and (especially) internationally. When this happens it's a huge bummer for both parties, so we will work with you to find a reasonable compromise. Please reach out to let us know if you haven’t received your package after four weeks, and the matter will be looked in to.

If the package has been marked as delivered by the postal system but you cannot find it, it is possible it was delivered to a neighbor, stolen, or it's still sitting in the back of a delivery truck. Please contact your post office or speak to your mail person--we have no magical way of helping you here. Many times the package finds its way to the correct address within a week but we cannot issue replacements or returns for items that have been confirmed by USPS to have been delivered.
